Title :学校教育計画から見た食育のあり方に関する研究 ~沖縄県内小学校における~「食に関する指導に係る全体的な計画」の実態調査(第1報)

Abstract :沖縄県内の公立小学校(271校)の平成22年度学校教育計画を対象に、「食に関する指導に係る全体計画(全体計画)」について調査した。その結果、県内小学校の全体計画の作成は76.2%(199校)で、食育が計画的に推進されつつあると推察された。食育の目標についてみると、食育基本法が制定される前の4つの目標を掲げる学校が50校(25.1%)あり、同法や新指導要領に基づき新たに作成された手引の6つの目標が周知されていないことがわかった。また、食育の中心となる時間である「給食時間における年間計画」の作成は、栄養教諭等配置校が86.4%(57校)の作成率であり、非配置校73.7%(98校)の作成率に比べpく.05で有意に高いことが分かったので給食を生きた教材として活用する学校における食育推進には、栄養教諭等配置の有無が、そのカギを握ると推察された。このことから今後、食育の推進には、栄養教諭等の小学校全校配置や兼務配置などの検討も必要だと考えられた。
We have researched in "The Total Planning of Education related in Food Cunsume" among 27 J public Elementary Schools in Okinawa Prefecture concerning the Heisei 22th annual Educational Program Plan. From the research, the creation of the Zentaikeikaku within Okinawa prefecture Elementary schools were 76.2% (199 schools) and shows that the Food Consuming Education (Shokuiku) has began to spread among schools. Study on the objective shows that 50 schools (25.1 %) held the 4 objectives previous to the Shokuiku Basic Act. This shows that the contents of this law and the 6 objectives in the Tebiki, which was created based on the new education guideline, were not followed correctly. The creation of a "annual plan of school lunch time" was 86.4% (57 schools) among the schools which had a Nutritional Teacher on staff compared to the schools that did not have Nutritional Teacher. This shows that to spread the use of Kyushoku as a educational martial in schools relys on having a Nutritional Teacher on staff. Therefore to promote Shokuiku in Okinawan schools, considering a Nutritional Teacher positioned at all public Elemntary Schools, including considering Nuuitional Teachers responsible of several schools, is necessary in the positioning plan discussion.
