Title :行事企画・運営体験を取り入れた教職実践演習による学生の自己分析の変容

Abstract :本研究の目的は、2013年度の教職実践研究・教職実践演習(沖縄こどもの国と連携して実施した「ドリームフェスティバル2013」という行事の企画・運営)を通して、受講生たちが教員として求められる資質・能力を習得しているかどうかを明らかにすることであった。今回の実践を通して、受講生22名は、行事運営能力や対人関係能力、使命感や責任感、子どもや大人さらには社会に対する理解、特別活動としての指導力等を定着し得ていたことが確認できた。
The purpose of this study was to reveal whether participants had enough ability and equipment as elementary or junior high school teachers. 22 participants were engaged in the Practical Seminar for the Teaching Profession, which included planning and managing school-related special events, named "Dream Festival 2013" (which was held with Okinawa Zoo & Museum). As a result, it could be interpreted that they had enough ability to plan and manage events, interpersonal ability, sense of mission, responsibility, deeper comprehension about human being (e.g., children, adults, and society), and leadership of special activity.
