Abstract :本研究では, 車輪の基本的な走行性を解明するために, 車輪下の土壌の変形特性を解析した。車輪走行実験中に土槽側壁に設置したマーカを撮影し, 平面位置検出装置を用いて座標値を読み取り, 土粒子の変位ならびに土壌のひずみを求めた。すべり率14%について, 車輪重量を20kgf, 40kgfおよび60kgfの3水準に設定して解析を行った。車輪が回転せずに沈下する状態の典型的なひずみ分布パターンを見いだし, それらを模式的に表示した。次に, 回転に伴ってこれらの分布パターンがどのように変化するかを, 接地荷重別に示した。最後に, ひずみの分布およびその変化に対する接地荷重の影響について, その特徴を述べた。本研究では, すべり率を14%に限定したので, 今後, すべり率, 土槽の深さなどを変えて解析することを予定している。
The states of soil deformation under a wheel were analyzed in this study in order to make clear the basic traveling performances. A series of picture of markers attached to the inner side walls of a soil bin apparatus were taken through acrylic resin plate at the traveling test of a wheel. The coordinates of the markers in the pictures were read by using a detecting device for plane position, and displacements of the markers and strains in the soil were calculated. The deformation analyses were carried out under the three levels of wheel weight, i.e., 20kgf, 40kgf and 60kgf with 14% slip. Typical patterns of the strain distribution at the initial sinkage without rotation were made clear, and pictorial patterens were described. Furthermore, changes of the distribution pattern accompanied with the rotation were discussed to each wheel weight. It was also made clear the characteristics that how to affect the wheel weight to the strain distributions and its changes.
