Abstract :本実験は,給餌及び給水の5つの組合せによる,採食行動,直腸温,呼吸数,心拍数等の生理緒元の変動について,検討を行うことを目的とした。直腸温は,実験1,2及び5の給餌後に上昇を示した。実験3の24時間給餌では12 : 00の給水で直腸温は上昇した。実験4では給餌終了後12 : 00の飲水開始により直腸温が低下した。呼吸数と心拍数は,実験1,2及び5において12 : 00の給餌開始後高い値を示し,24時間給餌(実験3)では,12時の給水で増加した。実験4では給餌終了12時の給水開始で減少を示した。採食時間は,実験1,2,及び5における12 : 00の給餌開始後及び実験3の24時間給餌では,12時の給水直後高い値であったが,その後漸次減少した。反芻時間は,実験1,2及び5において12 : 00の給餌開始から測定終了時(18 : 00)まで確認できなかった。実験3の24時間給餌では,12 : 00の給水直後1時間を除くと10 : 00-18 : 00の測定時間中に認められた。実験4の10 : 00-12 : 00は少ない反芻行動であったが,12 : 00の給水で著しく高い反芻行動を示した。
The experiments were conducted to determine the effects of feeding and water supply on eating behavior, ruminating behavior, rectal temperature, respiratory rate and heart rate. Rectal temperatures were risen after feeding in Exps. 1,2 and 5,and after water supply (12 : 00) during feeding for 24 hours in Exp. 3. It was dropped after water supply (12 : 00) in Exp. 4. Respiratory and heart rate were higher values after feeding than them before feeding (12 : 00) in Exps. 1,2 and 5,and were increasing after watrer supply at 12 : 00 during feeding for 24 hours in Exp. 3. They were decreased after water supply (12 : 00) in Exp. 4. Eating time was inceased immediately after feeding (12 : 00) in Exps. 1,2 and 5 and after water supply during feeding for 24 hours in Exp. 3,and from that, pregressively decreaesed untill 18 : 00. Ruminating behavior were recognized before feeding at 12 : 00,but were never produced from feeding at 12 : 00 to 18 : 00 in Exps. 1,2 and 5. In Exp. 3,it was occurred during 10 : 00∿12 : 00 before water supply (12 : 00) and during 12 : 00∿18 : 00 after 12 : 00. In Exp. 4,ruminating behavior was shown a little from 10 : 00 to 12 : 00,but was remarkably happened to increase after water supply at 12 : 00.
