Title :西村のイネ第 7 染色体に対応する新連鎖群(農学科)

Abstract :3種の遺伝子(pgl, Rf_1およびfgl)からなる連鎖地図がShinjo^<18)>により報告されたが, 同連鎖群に染色体的基礎を与える目的で, 第7染色体を含む6種の相互転座系統を用いて, 3遺伝子それぞれについて連鎖分析を行った。その結果を摘録すると以下の如くである。1)3遺伝子はいずれも第7染色体に座位することが明らかとなった。2)3遺伝子と第7染色体を含む6転座点の配列は, pgl-7-8b-Rf_1-fgl-7-11-6-7-3-7-7-9-7-8aと推定された。3)Nagao and Takahashi^<10)>の連鎖群は第7染色体とは関連がなかったことから, 本連鎖群は併合して欠員となったものにかわる新連鎖群であると考えられる。
For the purpose to know the relation between a linkage group of rice plant containing three genes, pgl (pale green leaf), Rf_1 (pollen fertility restoring gene) and fgl (faded green leaf) and the corresponding chromosome, these three genes were cytogenetically examined, using six interchange homozygotes involving the seventh chromosome. The present investigation showed that every gene of them was carried by the seventh chromosome. Since all of twelve linkage groups which were first demonstrated by Nagao and Takahashi, were estimated to be free from the chromosome, and their three groups, the sixth, the ninth and the twelfth, and two groups, the fifth and the seventh were fused respectively, it was estimated that the present linkage group was a new group for one of fused groups. The arrangement of three genes and six interchange breakpoints was estimated as pgl-7-8b-Rf_1-fgl-7-11-6-7-3-7-7-9-7-8a (Fig.1).
