Title :ウシの潜在性乳房炎に関する研究 : 第 3 報潜在性乳房炎乳汁から分離された主要な細菌の薬剤感受性(畜産学科)

Abstract :潜在性乳房炎乳汁から分離された細菌のうち, 分離頻度の高かった上位4種類のSta.epidermidis 196株, Sta.aureus 80株, Strep.62株, Coryne.45株, および分離頻度は低かったがPseudo.13株を加えた, 合計396株について薬剤感受性試験を行った。用いた薬剤はPCG, SP, CP, CTC, KM, SMの6種類であり, これらに対する最小発育阻止濃(MIC)を測定した。各薬剤に対する耐性限界値を, PCGでは1.56u/ml(Pseudo.は25u/ml), 他の5薬剤では12.5μg/ml(Pseudo.は25μg/ml)とすると, いずれか1剤に耐性であった菌株の出現率は, Pseudo.100%, Strep.62.9%, Sta.epidermidis 29.6%, Sta.aureus 22.5%, Coryne.22.2%であった。これら耐性菌の耐性型は, Sta.aureusではほとんどがPCG単剤耐性型であり, Sta.epidermidisでは大多数がSM単剤耐性型, 次いでCTC-SM2剤耐性型が多かった。Strep.ではほとんどがKM-SM2剤耐性型であった。Coryne.では耐性菌は少なかったが, PCG以外の薬剤に対する耐性菌がみられ, 4剤および3剤耐性型があった。Pseudo.では13株すべてが3∿5剤耐性型であり, 多剤耐性の傾向を示した。
Bacteria isolated from milk produced by cows with latent mastitis were classified into 14 groups. Among these bacteria, 196 strains of Staphylococcus (Sta.) epidermidis the most frequent, followed by Sta. aureus (80 strains), Streptococcus (Strep.) (62 strains), Corynebacterium (Coryne.) (45 strains) and finally Pseudomonas (Pseudo.) (13 strains) were cultured. Drug sensitivity test was performed in these 396 strains, employing PCG, SP, CP, CTC, KM and SM. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured. Resistance against and antibiotic was defined as growth against the concentration of 1.56u/ml PCG (25u/ml for Pseudo.). In 5 other drugs, resistance was defined as growth against the concentration of 12.5μg/ml (25μg/ml for Pseudo.) or above. The rate of appearance of strains resistant to one of the 6 drugs was 100% for Pseudo, 62.9% for Strep, 29.6% for Sta. epidermidis, 22.5% for Sta. aureus and 22.2% for Coryne. The resistance pattern in the resistant bacteria was mostly to PCG alone in Sta. aureus. With Sta. epidermidis, resistance pattern was SM alone, followed by double resistance of CTC-SM. With Strep., most of the bacteria showed resistance pattern of KM-SM. A few strains showed resistance in Coryne., but resistance to drugs other than PCG was noted. Some strains were resistant to 3 or 4 drugs. All 13 strains of Pseudo. were resistant to 3∿4 drugs, and a tendency for resistance to multiple drugs.
