Title :バガスとオガクズを利用した腐葉土の試作 : 第 2 報 試作過程における山東菜の生育に影響を及ぼす要因解析(農芸化学科)

Abstract :産業廃棄物を有効に利用して有機質肥料を作るために, バガスとオガクズの混合物に作物を栽培しながら腐葉土の試作を試みた。そして今回は, 腐葉土の試作過程における作物栽培での作物の収量に影響を及ぼす要因について検討した。要因として元肥, 炭カルおよび追肥の量, 追肥回数, バガス, カンナクズおよびノコクズの混合割合をとり挙げ, それらの要因はL_<27>(3^<13>)の直交配列表により割り付けた。栽培作物として山東菜を用い, 35日間栽培を行なった。収量の少ない処理区は元肥, 炭カルおよび追肥なし, バガス : カンナクズ : ノコクズ=1 : 1 : 1の区で, 収量の最も多い処理区は, 元肥および炭カルなし, バガス : カンナクズ : ノコクズ=9 : 1 : 9,追肥×1(1倍量)を毎日追肥する区で, それぞれ0.19g, 67.6gの収量を示した。山東菜の収量に対する要因効果について, 直交表の解析に従い分散分析を行なった結果, 追肥量が危険率5%で有意性を示し, 追肥量が増加すると収量も明らかに増加することを推察した。
This experiment was a part of studies on producingFuyodoa kind of organic mold. Expectations were that fresh organic matter could be decayed to some extent during a period of crop growth when it was used as a growing medium, and theFuyodocould be obtained after the harvest of a crop. In the present experiment, grown was santosai (Brassica rapa L. var. amplexicaulis) a kind of chinese cabbage, and used organic materials were bagasse from a sugar factory and shavings and sawdust from a lumber factory. And investigated were such factors affecting the growth of the vegetable as the amounts of basal dressing, of calcium carbonate, of top dressing, the number of times of dressing and the ratios of mixing the respective organic materials. These treatment factors were arranged according to the orthogonal array L_<27>(3^<13>). The santosai was sowed on the pots (10.5cm diameter×15cm height) stuffed with the organic mixture and grown for 35 days in the glasshouse. The santosai showed the lowest yields as treated with neither basal dressing nor top dressing on the 1 : 1 : 1 mixture of bagasse, shavings and sawdust. The highest yields were obtained as treated with no basal dressing but with everyday-top dressing on the mixture of 9 : 1 : 9. The analysis of varience showed that only the factor of the top dressing had an effect on the yields of santosai at 5% of significance among the other factors.
