| Abstract | : | ソテツ実の一般成分を調べた。その結果水分, 粗脂肪, 粗蛋白質, 還元糖および灰分はそれぞれ9.727,3.75,15.5,2.6および1.96%で, アルカリ度は10.2であった。灰分中のカルシウム, アグネシウムおよびリンを調べたところ, 0.0338,0.0847および0.072%であった。
Chemical composition of seeds of Cycas revoluta Thunb. was measured. The contents of moisture, fat, reducing sugar, ash, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus of seeds of Cycas revoluta Thunb. were estimated to be 9.72,3.75,15.5,2.6,1.91,0.0338,0.0847 and 0.0720%, respectively. |
