Abstract :窒素施用がグリーンパニックの栄養価値におよぼす影響を検討するため, 1980年と1981年に年間10a当り窒素施用量を15kg, 30kg, 60kgおよび90kgの試験区を設定し, 各試験区, 各番草とも葉部と茎部に分けて試料を採取し, 一般成分およびNDF, NDF組成の定量ならびにin vitro乾物消化率を測定した。1.一般成分は窒素施用量の増量にともなって粗蛋白質含量は増加したが, NFEおよび粗繊維含量は減少し, 試験区間に有意差が認められた。粗灰分含量は試験区間に有意差は認められなかった。粗脂肪含量は葉部では増加し, 試験区間に有意差が認められたが, 茎部では有意差は認められなかった。2.NDFおよびNDF組成は窒素施用量の増量にともなって葉部ではNDF, ADF, セルロース, リグニンおよびシリカ含量は減少したが, ヘミセルロース含量は増加し, 試験区間に有意差が認められた。茎部ではNDF, ADFおよびリグニン含量は減少し, 試験区間に有意差が認められたが, ヘミセルロース, セルロースおよびシリカ含量には有意差は認められなかった。3.DMDは窒素施用量の増量にともなって増加し, 葉部ではN-90,N-60とN-30,N-15との間およびN-30とN-15との間に, 茎部ではN-90とN-30,N-15との間およびN-60とN-15との間に有意差が認められた。以上の結果から窒素施用量の増量はグリーンパニックの粗蛋白質および粗脂肪含量の増加をもたらすとともにDMDと高い負の相関を示す成分含量が減少し, DMDが増加するため, その栄養価値は高くなるものと推察される。
The present trial was carried out in order to investigate the effects of nitrogen on the chemical composition, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), constituents of the NDF and in vitro dry matter disappearance (DMD) of the leaves and stems with sheath of green panic. Nitrogen was applied at four levels, namely; 15,30,60 and 90kg per 10 are per year. The results obtained were as follows : 1) The contents of crude protein increased significantly in accordance with the amounts of nitrogen applied, but the nitrogen free extract and crude fiber contents of the leaves and stems with sheath decreased. There were significant difference in the crude fat contents of the leaves but no significant difference in those of the stems with sheath among nitrogen treatments. The crude ash contents of the leaves and stems with sheath were not effected significantly by nitrogen treatment. 2) Nitrogen applications induced a significant decrease in NDF, acid detergent fiber (ADF), cellulose, lignin and silica contents of the leaves but an increase in the hemicellulose contents. In the stems with sheath a significant decrease was found in the contents of NDF, ADF and lignin as affected by nitrogen fertilization. There were no significant differences in the hemicellulose, cellulose and silica contents of the stems with sheath among the nitrogen treatments. 3) The DMD of both the leaves and stems with sheath increased as the applied nitrogen increased. In the leaves the DMD of 60 and 90kg N plots was significantly higher than that of 15 and 30kg N plots. A significant difference was also recognized between 15 and 30kg N plots. The DMD of the stems with sheath was significantly higher 90kg N plots than 15 and 30kg N plots, and also higher 60kg N plots than 15kg N plots. From the results obtained, it was clarified that the green panic increased in the crude protein contents by nitrogen fertilization, while the various constituents showing negative correlations to the dry matter disappearance decreased. Consequently, suggested was that the nutrive value of the green panic would be improved by the application of as much nitrogen as tested here.
