Title :高エネルギー飼料による豚の肥育効果(畜産学科)

Abstract :肉豚飼料に動物性油脂(タロー)を7∿10%添加し, TDN約80%の高エネルギー飼料で後期の栄養率(NR)約7.5の飼料と同程度のエネルギー飼料で蛋白質含量を高くし栄養率を狭くし後期の栄養率(NR)5.8の飼料を用いて豚の産肉性について検討するため1972年5月∿1973年5月までの間に3回の肥育試験を実施したが, その概要を要約すると次のとおりである。1肥育成績 肥育成績は飼料の高エネルギー化によって総体に改善された。特に1日平均増体量と飼料要求率は試験区がすぐれており, 1日平均増体量は対照区547g, 試験I区617g, II区627gで対照区と試験区間には1%水準で有意差がみとめられた。また飼料要求率は対照区3.99,試験I区3.61,II区3.58で1%水準で対照区と試験区間に有意差がみとめられ試験区が優れた成績を示した。2と肉成績 枝肉歩留, 背腰長II, ロース断面積, ハムの割合等は試験II区が稍々すぐれているが, 統計的な差はみられなかった。しかし, 背部脂肪層の厚さは背部で対照区1.8cm, 試験I区2.4cm, II区2.2cm, 3部平均は対照区2.9cm, 試験I区3.4cm, II区3.1cmで, それぞれ対照区とI区間には1%水準で, 対照区とII区間, I区とII区間に5%水準で有意差がみとめられ, 対照区が最もうすくI区が最も厚い成績を示した。また大割肉片の赤肉割合は対照区ハム61%, ショルダー66%, I区ハム57%, ショルダー62%, II区ハム62%, ショルダー66%, 脂肪の割合は対照区ハム21%, ショルダー16%, I区ハム26%, ショルダー20%, II区ハム21%, ショルダー16%で各区間に統計的な差はみられなかったが, 試験II区が赤肉の割合が最も多く脂肪の割合が少ない良好な成績を示した。
During the period from May of 1972 to May of 1973,three feeding trials were carried out to investigate the meat productivity of fattening pigs using two kinds of rations : (1) Ration containing 7 to 10% animal fat (tallow), nutritive ratio (NR) of 7.5 for the finishing period and approximately 80% TDN. (2) Ration with about same energy level but less NR due to increased protein content. The results are briefly summarized as follows : 1. Effect on the growth : Performance of the animals were generally improved by the enrichment of the energy level of the rations. Pigs on the experimental rations were higher (P<.01) in average daily gain and feed conversion; 547g and 3.99,617g and 3.61,and 627g and 3.58 for the control, the high energy I and II, respectively. 2. Effect on the meat productivity : Pigs fed the high energy II were slightlv higher in dressing carcass percnetage, loin length and rib eye area with no significant differences. As for the values of back fat thickness at the middle part and the averages were the control : 1.8 and 2.9cm, the high energy I : 2.4 and 3.4cm, and the high energy II : 2.2 and 3.1cm, respectively. Significant differences in these values were observed between the control and the high energy I (P<.01), the control and II (P<.05), and I and II (P<.05). Lean meat percentages of ham and shoulder were 61 and 66%, 57 and 62%, and 62 and 66% for the control, the high energy I and II, respectively. Percentages of fat were 21 and 16%, 26 and 20%, and 21 and 16%. Althogh the differences were not significant, pigs on the high energy II produced, more lean meat consequently with less fat compared to those fed the other two rations.
