Abstract :リュウキュウマツの発芽適温を調査するため, 10℃, 15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30℃, 35℃の各温度において発芽試験を実施した。その結果次のことがわかった。1.発芽開始日数は20℃, 25℃, 30℃で最とも短かく4日であった。低温になるにつれてその日数は長くなった。2.リュウキュウマツの発芽率および発芽勢は, 20℃および25℃で最も大きい値を示しよって発芽適温は20℃∿25℃であることがわかった。3.高温では腐敗粒数が増加し, 35℃においては腐敗粒数が50%以上に達した。
This experiment was done to investigate an optimum temperature for germination of Ryukyu-matsu seeds. Temperature was experimented at six classes in a range from 10℃ to 35℃ (Table 1). The results obtained were as follows : 1. At 20℃, 25℃ and 30℃ temperature classes, germination started from the fourth day, which was the shortest germination term among the temperature classes. The germination term became longer as temperature was set lower. 2. The germination percentage and germinating energy were highest for the temperature classes of 20℃ and 25℃, which, therefore, was considered to be optimum for the germination of Ryukyu-matsu (Fig. 1) 3. As the temperature was set higher, the number of rotten seeds increased reaching over fifty percentage at 35℃ (Table 1).
